No dia do meu aniversário tenho por hábito estrear
sempre uma roupa nova, este é um velho hábito que herdei da minha educação e
que ainda hoje faço questão de cumprir.
Este ano, na Feira Internacional de Artesanato
encontrei um vestido Chinês que me custou apenas 10€ e decidi que esse seria
para estrear no meu aniversário.
Como tenho
andado a escrever um livro sobre a minha viagem à China, as influências que dai
trouxe para a minha vida são imensas.
Este ano o meu
aniversário não foi na china e ninguém me cantou os parabéns em chinês, mas as
recordações e as influências vivem ainda hoje comigo, reflexo disso mesmo é o
vestido do meu aniversário que podem ver nas fotografias e no vídeo que se
segue.

On my birthday I
always debut a new outfit, this is
an old habit that I inherited from my
upbringing and I still make a point to
fulfill.
This year, at the International
Crafts Fair I found a Chinese a
dress that cost me just € 10
and I decided that this was to debut on my birthday.
As I have been writing a
book about my trip to China,
the influences brought to my life are immense.
This year my birthday was
not in china and no one sang me
happy birthday in Chinese, but the memories and
the influences still live with me
today, reflection of this is the
