empregados que menos recebiam.
“Não é
simplesmente a questão de uma melhor remuneração das pessoas, mas de todo um
pacto social. Por que o setor privado não pode dar o exemplo?”, questionou o
empresário, que aconselhou ainda os seus funcionários a ler o livro.
O aumento
salarial foi aplicado este mês e abrange 12% dos efetivos da empresa. Contudo,
os funcionários que ganhavam 12 dólares à hora passarão a ganhar ‘apenas’ mais
11%, cerca de 16 dólares.”
